The opening few bars of this collaboration between one of Modest Mouse and....um....some other bloke sounds remarkably like electronica duo Remote Viewer or any number of late 90’s/early 2000’s two pieces. It then bursts into life with some bouncing beatery and dub-inflected soundscapes. Its a nice electronic piece with what I think are real drums. Overleaf they do a more modern sounding piece with a ravey feel, lots of fizzy sounds and something of the early Metronomy going down. Heavy on the squelsh and not too bad at all.
